Trampoline & Tumbling

  The Trampoline and Tumbling program promotes the strength, power and agility needed for all sports.  Students will work on the Rod Floor, Air-Trak, Trampoline and Double Mini Trampoline.  Trampoline adds additional skill in spatial awareness unlike any other sport.  The curriculum in T&T follows AAU and USTA guidelines.  Students begin in Level 1 classes and progress as directed by the instructor.  Competitive opportunities are available to athletes, as well.
